Public File Online was founded by a broadcast engineer and a communications attorney with a combined 53 years of experience serving the FCC regulatory needs of commercial and non-commercial TV and radio station owners both large and small. We recognized that the FCC’s record keeping requirements were growing while station staffing was shrinking and that licensees needed practical and economical assistance in meeting their compliance obligations by ensuring that the station’s required documents were secure, complete and accessible to the licensee, the public and the FCC.
